We have invested in upgrading the equipment, services and support that provide the fastest, most reliable, and best-supported Web sites available on the Internet. Our infrastructure includes dozens of multi-processor SGI servers, 2 OC-3's, 3 DS-3's and multiple OC-12's to the Internet backbone, Cisco routers, Foundry Networks Gigabit ethernet switches, a 40 terabyte tape backup system, and a state-of-the-art customer support management application. With these Internet connections, we can immediately re-route traffic to another backbone if one, or even two, Internet backbones ever suffer service interruptions, allowing our customers' Web sites to remain up and running.
