Register.com and Namesecure.com Notice

Notice regarding domains registered with Register.com and Namesecure.com Owners of domains registered with Register.com are required to submit transfer requests via the Register.com website. When domains are registered through Register.com, domain owners are assigned unique ids and passwords. If a domain owner wishes to transfer a domain to SCANMASTER he/she must access a password protected interface at Register.com and request the transfer. At such time, the domain owner must submit the addresses of the desired (new) host's nameservers. (SCANMASTER will provide this information.)

Domain Services team advise you to contact Register.com for assistance. The same applies to domains registered with Namesecure.com.

SCANMASTER is currently unable to instigate or assist with the transfer of a domain registered with either Register.com or Namesecure.com. We certainly have utmost respect for these two registries just as we do the InterNIC. We do not have any news at this time, however, with respect to possible changes in these companies' procedures.
