Refund Policy

Each of SCANMASTER's web hosting plans carries a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding setup fees.

Setup fees are refundable for the following reasons only:

1. the account order is cancelled prior to activation; or
2. the domain name was not available at the InterNIC.

This policy does not apply to any additional services such overages, disk space, pop accounts, domain parking, etc.

All cancellations must be received in writing as per the deadlines indicated; regular mail, e-mail and fax notifications are acceptable. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.

Hosting renewals

All Renewals of web hosting contracts will automatically renew on the renewal date. To cancel your hosting plan SCANMASTER must be notified at least 30 days prior to renewal date in writing.

Refund Policy for Domain Pointers

SCANMASTER has currently has two types of Domain Pointers.

Pointer that is attached to a main account. (Old Pointer Plan)
Domain Pointers that have their own control panel and you can selet any IP address you wish the Pointer to point to. (New Pointer Plan)
Our 30 day money back guarantee does NOT apply to "old" Domain Pointers.

Note: SCANMASTER will eventually request all of the "old" domain pointer plans migrate over to the new domain pointer plan.
